• Pre-treatment - We don't just spray, extract and dash out the door. And we don't use chemical injection on our trucks trying to do it all in one step, leaving residue behind. First we pre-treat your carpet with a safe, non-toxic cleaning solution. We allow the pre-treatment to dwell so that it loosens the soils, just like when you soak a dish in the sink—it cleans up more efficiently.
• Safely move basic furniture.
• We do a gentle agitation to make sure all the fibers are treated.
• We include spot treatments to remove anything that hasn't dyed or bleached the fibers.
• Our powerful, truck-mounted extraction is done with a clear rinse to make sure there is no residue left in the carpet.
• We do extra dry runs to ensure your carpet dries more quickly. If an area needs to dry more quickly we can speed dry with a fan if necessary.
• Safely replace furniture.
